The client needed a mobile application to improve patient engagement by allowing them to access medical records, schedule appointments, and communicate with their doctors securely.
We conducted interviews with patients and healthcare staff to understand pain points. We created user personas and journey maps, identifying key needs like simplicity (for less tech-savvy users) and clarity of medical information.
We developed low-fidelity wireframes to structure the app's information architecture, followed by a high-fidelity, interactive prototype in Figma. The design prioritized a calm color palette, clear typography, and intuitive navigation.
The prototype was tested with real users, leading to iterations that simplified the appointment booking flow. We delivered a comprehensive design system and all assets to the development team, ensuring a pixel-perfect build. The app received high user satisfaction scores for its ease of use.
